The snowdrops will soon be peeking out from beneath their leafy blanket to mark the beginning of spring!

Visit on selected dates for the opportunity to see our magnificent snowdrops blooming on the estate. Tickets include entry to the gardens and Norman Castle, the best-preserved of its kind in the country, and the tearooms will also be open serving light refreshments.

History of Hedingham Trail

All Junior tickets include a map for our History of Hedingham trail:
The timeline of Hedingham’s 900-year history has gotten all jumbled up! Can you hunt for the 15 missing shields, each depicting an important moment from the Castle’s past? Once you’ve found all 15, decode the secret message and collect your sweet treat prize (one treat per activity sheet).

Dogs on leads welcome. Grounds open 11am-4pm on dates listed. Tickets can be prebooked via the button below or available on the gate on the day.

Please be aware that the grounds can get rather muddy at this time of year depending on how much rain we’ve had so do bring wellies and dress for the Great British Weather!
