Classics at the Castle are pleased to announce that Jurgen Barth winner of Le Mans 1977 will be attending the Saturday evening Dinner and the main event on Sunday as our special guest. Tickets still available!
This summer, we are pleased to present a season of family oriented Outdoor Theatre productions.The season starts on Sunday July 27th, all the plays will be performed in front of the Castle, and tickets will admit to the Castle, Grounds and Gardens throughout the day. There will be a chance to meet the actors before each show begins at 6.00pm, and there’s a 10% discount on all tickets booked in advance online!
Castle and Grounds closed for vital restoration work between Tuesday 27th May and Monday 7th July. We will still be open for The Hut People on the evening of 20th June and for our Wedding Open Day on the 6th July.

Events 2015

Our 2015 Events programme will be published here in December!

Many favourites will return and there will certainly be Snowdrops, Jousting, Theatre, Car Shows, our wonderful Vintage Fair and Halloween Horrors!

We are also planning to stage a spectacular celebration of the 800th anniversary of the sealing of the Magna Carta, and Hedingham’s unique involvement with those momentous times, so keep checking in!

Wind in the Willows

Last Sunday we were really pleased to have Chapterhouse Theatre Company here with their enchanting production of Wind in the Willows. On a balmy evening, the grass in front of the keep provided a magical setting for this most endearing of stories, and an extraordinarily talented cast brought it vividly to life. Look out for them again next year!
