Trio Aria from Italy will perform a recital in the Tapestry Room of the Norman keep. Guests are invited for wine and canapés on the Garrison Floor before the concert, and will be entertained by the soprano Ilenia Lucci, flautist Rebecca Lewis Lalatta and pianist Carmine Colangeli. The trio has a rich repertoire, a chocolate box of musical treats, with Italian arias from well-loved operas, then sacred, classical, film and popular music. The outstanding voice and musicality of the soprano blends perfectly with the flute, in beautiful arrangements written by the pianist. After the concert, guests will return to the Garrison floor for drinks, mingling with the artistes and enjoying a special summer’s evening in a magical setting. Tickets will include two glasses of Italian wine and canapés. Drinks reception at 6pm, recital at 6.30pm and the evening ends at 8.30pm.
