What’s New at Hedingham, I have only been here for a year and three months and things change a lot around here, but the most amazing thing is happening for us as a venue this year, Hedingham has been picked to take part in a television programme called ‘Landscapes’ its billed as Grand Designs for the outside. We are dredging the lake and formal water and rediscovering a Norman fish pond, restoring the dovecot and redesigning the approach and formal garden.  It is going to look amazing. We are being helped by all these wonderful people and companies who are giving time, equipment and stock to make this project a reality. Come along and see the progress, we open for Snowdrops Sundays in February and its a great chance to see it in the early stages of progression to one of the areas outstanding gardens complete of course with the dramatic Norman keep as a backdrop.
